There are so many things that are untold or unknown regarding production chains, the origin of raw materials, labour conditions, waste management etc... and accessing information would make us critical actor of decision and change.
The Thomson Reuters Foundation, the charitable arm of the news agency Thomson Reuters, has launched a new campaign, "Unboxing the Truth", and sent a box to "unbox" to the famous YouTuber Jacques Slade with a unique pair of sneakers in. I don't want to spoil the video and its message, but let's say that I find the campaign very well made and I hope that such a communications channel will reach out to and open the eyes of a new generation of fashion consumers.
